Create an account
Sign up with Google in a few seconds and start with 100 free credits. No password, no subscription, and credits never expire.
BounceOwl accounts use Google sign-in. There is no separate password to create or remember, and every new account starts with 100 free credits, so you can try a few live checks before you buy anything.
Sign up with Google
- Open the sign-in page. It is titled Sign in to BounceOwl.
- Click Continue with Google and pick the Google account you want to use.
- The first time you sign in, your account is created and 100 free credits are added to your balance. You land on the Check page, ready to check an address.
We only use your Google account to sign you in. BounceOwl never sends email from it. To sign in again later, use the same Google account and your balance and history are where you left them.
What your 100 free credits cover
A live check that gets a real answer from the mail server costs 1 credit. That means your free credits cover up to 100 real answers. Many results cost nothing at all, so they often go further:
- Unknown results, where the mail server gave no clear answer, are always free.
- Addresses with invalid syntax, or on a domain with no mail server, are free.
- Any address that anyone on BounceOwl checked in the last 7 days is free, and you see that earlier result.
Credits never expire, and there is no subscription. You can see the free credits as a Free credits line in Billing under Credit history.
Find your way around
The sidebar has five pages:
- Check: check one address and see the evidence behind the answer.
- Lists: upload a CSV, TXT or XLSX file and check every address in it.
- History: every check you have run, from the app, your lists, the API and MCP.
- API & MCP: create API keys and connect an AI assistant.
- Billing: your balance, credit packs, payments and invoices.
